It's Tango time, bolt-brain!

Tango is a character from the Nerf N-Strike video games. He acts as a heavy weapons member of the N-Strike Elite, wielding various high-powered blasters.

He is a playable character in both Nerf N-Strike and Nerf N-Strike Elite; in Nerf N-Strike, he is only playable in the Free Play game modes. In Nerf N-Strike Elite, he is a playable character.

His blaster of choice is the Raider CS-35, and is represented with the color green.

History[]

In Nerf N-Strike, Tango previously lived on a farm with his father, who was involved with the military. After cleaning up a mess in his house, he brought out his Vulcan EBF-25 and practiced with it. B.O.B. spectates Tango and his heavy gunner skills, running data analysis on his moves without his knowledge. Tango is interrupted by his father, who led him to an armory full of various Nerf blasters, where he is given a Goliathan UB-1. B.O.B. recruited him sometime after this.

With Shane defeating all challenges he came across, B.O.B. attempted to motivate Tango to beat him. Unfortunately, Tango was defeated in the Onslaught Eclipse Elite challenge. At the end of the game, he was freed along with the other members of the Elite when B.O.B. was destroyed.

In Nerf N-Strike Elite, he is a playable character who uses bazooka-like blasters.

Personality[]

Tango's personality changes between games. In Nerf N-Strike, he appears to act like a hardened military soldier and rarely jokes around. However, it is possible that he acts like this only when he faces off with newcomers.

In Nerf N-Strike Elite, he has an incredibly inflated ego. He is shown to also be very comedic and immature; he is constantly making sarcastic remarks about situations the team gets into. It is also shown that he hates elevators and is scared of heights and the dark.
